    Thermal transfer printing equipment Blanket, also called endless seamless blanket, endless loop blanket tape, is made of 100% nomex fiber, the maximum temperature of 250 degrees Celsius, due to the special process, so there have no joints and it is the real seamless , the surface is more smooth, and has acid, alkali, heat, cold, abrasion, oil, burning resistance, high temperature, flame retardant, heat, non-slip, moisture, anti-static, anti-corrosion and other features.

    Heat Transfer Printing Belts are produced from 100% Nomex fiber. They are the most important component of the heat transfer printing machines. We can offer the felts with the normal and special size according to customer’s request.

    Direction of our felt belt 


    1. The blanket must be install as the direction of the arrow, fixing both sides of the perimeter

    to see if the perimeter is the same.

    2. Adjust the machine pressure within 2kg. heat up to 150 ℃, idle for 2 hours; heat up to

    170℃, idle for 2 hours; heat up to 190℃, idle 3 hours( important); heat up to 200℃,

    idle for 2 hours.

    3. Then the belt will suitable for your machine, you can adjust the machine pressure in 3–5kg

    according to your needed and start to printing
